Building Inspector

A position currently exists in our Dandenong South office.  We are seeking a building inspector with experience in both Domestic and Commercial construction.  The successful applicant must hold registration as Building Inspector – Unlimited with the Building Practitioners Board.

The successful applicant must possess the following skills:

  • Expert knowledge of the Timber framing code, footing code and satisfactory knowledge of the NCC.
  • Must be highly motivated.
  • Attention to detail and enjoy reading and research.
  • Work successfully as part of a team.
  • Good oral and communication skills and be able to successfully negotiate with clients and staff.
  • Be organised and able to manage a very busy workload.
  • Be customer focused and hard working.
  • Have a solution orientated approach to problems
