Sam has over 30 years experience in the building surveying industry and has consulted on a large variety of projects, ranging from residential buildings through to two billion dollar multi storey buildings. With his vast experience and knowledge of the Building Regulations and Australian Standards, Sam is able to contribute an enviable wealth of knowledge to the design team for any major project. Having run a successful practice for over 25 years, Sam understands the needs of clients and is able to interpret the Regulations as they were intended without compromising the design intent.
